With 15+ years of experience working at the intersection of data, compliance, and operational efficiency in highly regulated environments, she specializes in operations leadership, program execution, and building systems that create clarity and momentum. Her strength lies in creating structure, streamlining workflows, and keeping people and projects moving forward — especially in remote-first environments.
Outside of work, she owns a small farmette where spreadsheets are traded for dirt, animals, and fresh air whenever possible.
